2, If your power supply system is DC 12V or 24V, then you can use this HAT module to conveniently conversion to DC5V to provide power supply for your Raspberry Pi, and these screw terminal blocks are very convenient for GPIO breakout connects. The module can support Raspberry Pi A+ 3A+ B+ 2B 3B 3B+ 4B (of course, Zero and Zero-W can also be supported, but only two screw holes can be fixed).
3, If you don’t want to use the step-down coverter function, you can still use Raspberry Pi USB power supply port to supply 5V power, the step-down converter circuit will not affect your USB power supply. BUT, you can only choose one of the two, and you cannot connect the two power supply modes at the same time, otherwise your Raspberry Pi module may will be damaged.
